Sony A7 + Sigma 35mm f/1.4 ART lens

I've just posted an album of images on Google+ shot with the Sony A7 + the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 ART lens and LA-EA4 adapter at wide apertures, mostly f/1.4. Link below. This to test it out for myself and to show you just how the lens performs wide open. As I think you can see the point of focus is incredibly sharp and the bokeh is nice without being over creamy, which personally I don't like much. I'm not a fan of shooting lots of out-of-focus mush, I don't really see the point.

Now this is a style of shooting I don't do that often, but it's always to handy to have it available and the Sigma certainly does it very well. It is worth remembering however that using the LA-EA4 adapter you do loose 1/3 to 1/2 stop of light. However with the nippy AF and the accuracy of that, it's a small price to pay as far as I'm concerned.
