Fuji X-E1 and Nikon 1 V1 comparison at ISO 100

Since I'm getting pretty fed up with the unjustified rubbishing of the Nikon 1, I decided to show a comparison between the Nikon 1 V1 and its 10-30mm kit lens at its base ISO and the Fuji X-E1 and its 18-55mm kit lens at its base ISO. I took shots at the wide and telephoto ends of the zoom. There are the raw files I shot at the link below.

For the sake of this post I'm going to show two examples. And for the purpose of this comparison the Fuji has two supposed advantages. Firstly I've downsized the X-E1 files to match the Nikon and secondly the Nikon images are shot with the lens wide open. The Fuji is a faster lens so that should give it an advantage.

See how you think this 'garbage sensor' with 'limitations of quality' performs at base ISO against a camera and sensor that has people falling to their knees crying "We're not worthy"

All images processed from raw using identical Photoshop CS6 Camera Raw default settings.

I do recommend that you check out the raw files to see for yourselves.
