Capture One has support for the Olympus OM-D and I took these pictures to see what can squeezed out of the raw files. I've uploaded these three files at full resolution so you can see what they look like.

As ever Click on picture > flickr > Actions > View all sizes > Original.

Please remember these are © files and should be treated as such. Also please note that these are processed to my taste and not as any example of what they SHOULD look like. How to process a raw file is a personal decision. These are examples of how I would do it.
