A day shooting square images, with two Voigtlander m-mount lenses. PIctures created from 2 separate images stitched together in Photoshop.

100MB + files, pin sharp, great colour. I love this camera!

It does occur to me that now NEX-7's are finally starting to appear on dealers shelves, and more people are starting to use them, rather than just reading tests and reviews, that just what this thing is capable of will become more widely known. Like the 5n before it, the more I use it the more I like it. I still have to convince myself sometimes that this cross between a compact camera and something from my grandads attic has actually taken the pictures I look at on the screen.

It was a camera that got a lot of hype, but due to unfortunate circumstances disappeared off the radar for a while. As pre-orders get filled and people finally get to see their cameras, I think we are going to get more and more confirmation that this is one of the most revolutionary cameras of recent years. A lot of people are going to think seriously about what they are carrying around with them when they try this. With its pixel count its going to be new gear proof for a few years yet and the sheer scope of what it offers, makes a lot of other supposedly "sexier" cameras seem somewhat ordinary to me.

I'm even starting to like the look of it!!
